The World's Strongest Warrior

These nimble adventurefolk are enthusiastic, but when it comes to truly making your mark, you cannot beat a true knight and his sword.

Show these amateurs that this pumped up jelly is just another monster to be defeated in no time at all by sheer force of conviction!

Challenge Requirements

• Dekar has to be in your party every time you enter the cave
• Deal at least 9000 damage to the Master Jelly, and finish the battle¹
• For each trial from the following list you succeed in until you reach floor 99²,
  10 minutes will be subtracted from your final time³:
• Do not gain experience from cores
• Do not equip any weapons capable of inflicting instant death upon hit⁴
• Do not use any spells to regain hit points⁵
• Do not equip any rings or rocks
• Do not cause any enemies to gain a status effect⁶

1. finishing the battle means to trigger the fading animation either when the enemy is being reduced to 0 hit points, or after it hits itself from the 4th turn's action
2. the trial conditions apply to your entire party, not just Dekar; you start with all trials valid, but lose each trial's time bonus if you break its condition even once; when you reach floor 99, any trial progress is locked in, and you can freely ignore them from here on without losing your time bonus; all trials are optional, so you may submit a run that succeeds in none of them
3. your final time is your run time minus the sum of your time bonusses; final time may be negative
4. weapons capable of instant death are the Deadly Sword, Deadly Rod, and Fatal Pick; equipment that causes instant death in other ways (such as IP skills) is unaffected
5. this includes both the menu and the battle screen, but only counts spells cast from the spell menu; remember that reviving characters also regains hit points and is therefore not allowed
6. this includes confusion, paralysis, poison, sleep, and silence by any and all methods you could use to cause an enemy to gain a status effect, such as weapon effects (be careful with Lexis!), status balls, spell and IP skill effects, capsule attacks, or mirroring a status-inflicting skill back onto an enemy
