Hardcore

After decades of being hunted and slaughtered for experience, with the only option being to run away, the cores finally have had enough.

It's time for the hunted to become the hunter; for them to search out those ruthless adventurers, and showing them their new-found skills!

Challenge Requirements

• Kill¹ each type of Core² using a ROM patched with the "Hardcore" romhack³

1. an enemy counts as being killed when you trigger the fading animation upon it being reduced to 0 hit points
2. types of Cores are Red Core, Blue Core, Green Core, and No Core
3. you can obtain the romhack from the rompatcher that's linked in the Material section below

Material

You can obtain the romhack from the Lufia II ROM Patcher. To get the correct file, simply upload a Lufia 2 US ROM and check the "Hardcore" checkbox (Common Fixes will be applied whether you leave them checked or not, don't check anything in addition other than visual patches optionally).
